Made in the early 1950s this was an innovation to other designs, it was all metal with supercharged engines, it should’ve been the perfect bomber. But it was riddled with technical problems and the Bombay’s hydraulics were very weak and took a while to open the doors. The plane also weighed very much which made the engines struggle and in the summer of 1956 the idea was dissolved.
