The first fighter version of the "Rain-Maker", over 50,000 of the Mk2 platform aircraft were produced to swell the inventory of the New Sunderland Air Force, and increase the air power of other countries during the great war. Some were even converted to suit various different roles in the field. This aircraft preceded the Mk2. For the most part the Mk1 platform was gifted to Allied airforces during The great war as part of a Lend/Lease act. for more on the story behind it check out my forum post :)
