@bolt yep
all my designs are from over four months ago so I don't really know how they fly anymore I remember the phalanx flies pretty far and does a decent job at carrying and dropping bombs (fake bombs made from fuselage)@Static
Nice@Static
@bolt Same on Phantom mk 2
@bolt Yeah, tilting the rear stabilizers down makes it fly perfect.
@bolt The problem with the phantom is how high the COL is. If you simply inverted the tilt of the rear stabilizers it may help, I'm trying that now.
@bolt Ah, now I see the phantom... I was looking at Phalanx as I didn't see phantom, and it was one of your most recent posts. Will give it a shot.
The phalanx or phantom?@Static
Backwards swept@Static
@bolt Forwards or Backwards swept? Backwards swept wings are proven and good for moving your COL back behind the COM, which is where you want it, and it's nice and stable; but Forward Swept looks cool. With a little more editing on this plane, I could easily sweep the wings forward a little... Would need to push the COM even further forward, though.
What do you think about swept wings@Static
True@Static
@bolt A lot of planes have a slight pitch at certain speeds, and there's not much you can do about it. Not until a more advanced interface or trim comes out...
I think it nose dives a little under 200moh and the nose rises after 200mph
@Static
I'm back static@Static
@bolt Your "Phananx"? I'll see if it has problem with that... If it does I'll try to fix it as well.
@Static I have a plane that I had the same problem with look at my planesw that are called phantom (newer models) and the long plane with large wings. btw if im giving out false information sorry
Fix is up :)
@salvador3031 wings forward would help and maby a longer plane
@bolt Yep, that's one of the things I changed in my fix. Definitely was part of the problem.
might be a problem with the center of mass and lift
I'm giving it a shot. Will upload as a successor soon.
OK
probelly but i think if you moved the wings forward it would be better
