Brief Description and Capabilities
The addition of a hydroplane to the Swiftstrike family that took to the skies and waterways during the dynamic era of the 1920s. Born from the desire for versatility and amphibious operations.
The DL-14B retained the renowned characteristics of its predecessor, the DL-14A, while introducing the capability to operate from any body of water.Like the 'A' variant, it comes equipped with two forward-firing machine guns, as well as 2 pylons mounted under the wings for carrying 250 - 500 lb bombs and one on the centerline.
Instructions:
When taking off with max payload, set flaps to 50% and pull up when above 84 mph (135 kph)
When landing, reduce throttle to 30% or less and set flaps to 100%. Landing above speeds of 100 mph (161 kph) will cause the aircraft to tip over when it touches the water.
