My simplified variation of the Boeing 737-800, the full version is still being worked on, as it still needs a better cockpit and better, fuller wings.
To take off, set trim all the way up, and go full throttle until you reach 150-200 MPH, then set trim 75% of the way to the bottom.
To land, set trim all the way down and reduce throttle to 45%
*act 7 activates secondary engines to achieve full thrust after taking off.
