Its just the prop version of the naval fighter. Goal was to hit mach one but it can onmy do it in higher alt. Has slower acceleration but maintains a greater amount of power while manuvering in dogfights. The interior engine style comes from some projects in the 1950s on supersonic props. This is not the final product but its more like a benchmark for later. It basically has the same ability as the jet but with better fuel econ.
