Strikeblade

This strike aircraft is certainly weird...

Well, I put an inverted-gull wing on a 4th gen attack aircraft. I also gave it six 30mm cannons, two 37mm cannons, and four 20mm machine guns. And two engines so it can go pretty dang fast. Why?

Of course, to beat the Reformists!

Granted, it can't turn as well as pretty much any fighter operating in the M-War II, but on the opposite end of the spectrum, it can outrun pretty much any fighter operating in the M-War II. It can also out-gun virtually everyone in the sky with its hefty armament (especially considering I included neither missiles nor the full pylon capacity). Really only the A-40D has it bested in speed and armament, but we'll only sea one of them playing a naval support role. And guess what?

This is just the first, flawed, and frankly rushed version of the FA-34. As development goes on, it'll keep getting better!

Controls

-AG1 activates the airbrake
-AG3 activates all pylons
-AG5 activates the time-delayed bomb

CAUTIONS:

-The Strikeblade is too heavy for its landing gear. I'll fix this on later variants, but don't attempt hard/carrier landings.
-The FA-34A also has a tough time taking off. Turn steadily to counter any forces if needed, or use airspawn.

Happy hunting!

I have a bomb attached to a detacher, the detacher has a time delay that throws the bomb. The bomb core and the bomb nose both have disableAircraftCollisions set to false, so when the bomb is launched, the detonation occurs! I had to finick with the detachForce though so it doesn't over/undershoot

@JSTQ Well I did experiment with a version for air-to-air use, but the FA-34 is going to serve a mostly attack role, and the bomb is air-to-ground.

@TheUltimatePlaneLover em… I think dogfighting is the most suitable for him. When have you ever seen an "airmine"?
I think using this can make me the doggest one in dogfight

@JSTQ Yes, the idea is that this bomb is supposed to be dropped from super low altitudes for CAS, since conventional bombs explode instantly and could harm the aircraft.

em… Using a huge parachute to slow down the descent, but only setting a five second self destruct time, may I ask if you want ultra-low altitude bombing? Let's make the time longer in XML
If it really doesn't work, I can help you with some, if you don't mind the need to control the accuracy yourself. Although it is more likely to land on your battlefield
