The Panzerkampfwagen VII, also known as the Lowe (German for "Lion"), was a proposed super-heavy tank designed by Nazi Germany during World War II. Conceived in 1941, it aimed to counter Allied heavy tanks like the Soviet IS-2 and British Churchill. However, due to resource constraints and shifting priorities, only a wooden mock-up was ever built, and the project was eventually canceled in 1943. Despite its brief existence, the Lowe remains a fascinating example of Germany's ambitious tank designs during the war.
