Summary
It works like any other missile turret: activate turret, put target in reticle, wait for the lock to be clear, and fire. Just like regular missiles.
Except it's a custom-made TOW-80 anti-armor missile with covers that pop off after launch and fins that fold automatically upon firing. This hasn't really been possible in previous versions of SimplePlanes with more than one missile, but can now be done thanks to FunkyTrees.
The vehicle itself is the M1118 Deep Modernization Program, designed as a way to keep the M1118 Commando platform more relevant. The missile launcher itself is a generic design, whose resemblance to anything IRL is purely coincidental. The TOW-80 missiles themselves are heavily derived from the BGM-71 TOW.

@ChisP How about having the fins fold out AND covers eject while firing it as you normally (select weapon, aim, lock, and fire) would without involving any other AGs than simply turning on the turret?

Err I actually think you could do this before... unfolding demo we could have the covers pop off by attaching that to the small side of the detacher as well did that here
