It was made as an cheap, lightweight alternative for a 6th generation fighter, similar to the NGAD programs..uh.. how do I put this.. "remodel?" They made it lightweight due to rising costs. Anyways, this was a nice cheap alternative to the rest of the 6th gens, for example, the Kiv-32 is OVER $550 Million. This jet is only $550,350
