Same as the other van, just with a new Engine, Gas tank, 4WD, and a Tow hook.
The engine has been swapped to a 1.5L Single Cam Inline four pushing out 75HP and a Fuel Cut Off point of 8225 RPM, instead of the turbo inline 2's 9650 RPM cut off point.

4 Speed Manual Transmission.

Gas tank has been swapped from a 40gal Mid range tank to a 140gal Extra long range tank. This tank has been placed in the vehicle so that it can stay running and keep warm while you repair the broken down vehicle on the side of the road, or Enjoy a happy meal with the boys.
Whatever you do, this vehicle has great fuel mileage, meaning you can leave the car idling for hours, DAYS even! and you'll lose not even a quarter of your fuel tank.
It even has a "LOW IDLE" mode, which automatically engages after your vehicle sits for more than 5 minutes. "LOW IDLE" mode decreases your vehicles idle to 550 RPM by closing the idle air control valve appropriately, and decreasing fuel spray enough to drop the RPM low, but keep it running. This decreases the fuel consumption to almost half a gallon of fuel per 3 hours.

This vehicle also includes a Speed Limiter, set to 80 MPH.
The tires can't handle over 125 MPH for long, So 80 MPH is the perfect speed to maintain maximum tire grip!
