use vtol to hook on to the uss tiny and use roll to steer

@thatcoolfish you would have to do the same thing with the fuselage that u did with the fuel block
@jfriss ok ps but cant u just take a fuselage block and do it really smal and fill it full up
@thatcoolfish post an airplane (just do a fuel block) saying like "i need modding help" then in the description say like "please mod this fuel block to 1000000000000 gallons of gas"
