Private Jet Trainer
Due to the increasing number of private jets entering the civilian market, this aircraft was designed as a jet alternative to a Cessna or Piper as a primary trainer. With that in mind, the aircraft was designed with many of the elements of a small light trainer in ming; high wing, lightness, docile handling etc. Due to the fact that brand new pilots would be flying this jet, very large flaps were designed into the wing meaning that during the first few lessons, this jet can be flown as slowly as a light aircraft with the same slow appraoch and gentle landing. Indeed, it can fly as slowly as 109 mph at only 5% throttle with full flap applied. Later on once the student learnt how to fly, the flaps would be retracted and the jet could accelerate to well over 560 mph meaning that a new piloy could get a private pilots licence, instrument rating, retact endorcement and jet rating all in the same aircaft. Of course, these qualities also meant that the miliitary were quick to adopt the aircrraft as a trainer as wee. VTOL down deploy the flaps. Usiing them, you can get the jet to fly very well at any aiirspeed.
