Mitsubishi A6M8 Zero Type 54 [Platinum Special]
History
The Mitsubishi A6M8 was the last variant of the infamous Zero family. The model 54 was converted from a A6M5c, the main upgrade was its powerplant from the Sakae 21 to the more powerful Kinsei 62, the same Engine fitted on the Ki-100.
The Cowling was redesigned and the cowling HMG was entirely removed due to lack of space. The Model 64 was supposedly the main production of the variant and has slightly improved skin armor and an added fuselage fuel tanks, whereas the Model 54 still needed retrofits to get the same results as the model 64. Only 2 Model 54 prototypes were built and none for the Model 64.

Credits to AntonWings for helping me with the forward Cockpit Canopy design.
And the Zero is done, this one is probly my last build for this year and i may become inactive for awhile due to college. Atleast im satisfied with this one as it turned out really well.
Also, this build is in commemoration for my SP website account for reaching Platinum. :D
