Race plane designed with an Unducted Fan Turbine Engine. This type of engine, also known as a propfan was designed and tested in the 1980's as a more efficient way to produce thrust by both McDonnel Douglas and Boeing. Though no customers bought the engine, it paved the way for modern high bypass turbofan engines. I like where this is on a performance level but I will definitely be coming back to this project to improve! Comment, Upvote and Enjoy!
