Here’s the Su-27B (Flanker B) first production series, (Credit to “Erc90F4RU”). She is a replica of the Su-27 witch collided with a P-3B Orion in 1987. Instructions are viewable in the instructions-tab in flight. Loadout: 2x Vympel R-27ER (radar guided) BVRAAM with a range of 50km, 2x Vympel R-27T (IR-guided just like close range missiles) with a range of 16-18km and 2x close range Vympel R-73 WVRAAM. The R-27’s (ER & T) are selfmade replica’s of the real version. She’s also armed with a single 30mm GSh-30-1 cannon and has only Flares (no chaff). Realistic cockpit is also available. Created on Ipad so no fancy foto’s or desprictions i’m sorry. History: on 13 September 1987, a fully armed Soviet Su-27, Red 36, intercepted a Norwegian Lockheed P-3 Orion maritime patrol aircraft flying over the Barents Sea. The Soviet fighter performed different close passes, colliding with the reconnaissance aircraft on the third pass. The Su-27 hit the P-3B Orion with the tip of it’s left vertical stabilizer on the Orion’s far right propeller causing the aircraft to vibrate violently. The Su-27 disengaged and both aircraft landed safely at their bases. There are better explenations with video on Youtube if you want more information.
