History: The Aerostyle Aviation F-112 Rapier was designed in 1967 as an exported variant of the General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark. The Rapier had fixed wings which allowed it to have a higher armament capacity. It sat a crew of two (pilot and REO). Only five were ever made and all were sent to the RAF (3) and the RCAF (2) before the project was cancelled in 1970.
