Auto Credit Based on amruthwo's sebulba podracer
No one ever seems to download the updates, but here it is anyway! Fixed: fewer random explosions, more fuel, "hovering" works on land with just a touch of vtol but can be a bit squirrelly (thanks @laSoul), buoyancy for flying low above water, and maybe more! I can't remember everything I've fiddled with TBH. Enjoy!
