SNCACG 545 Cigogne Monitor
New version: Some bug fixes relating to the instruments and the autopilot. Sorry 'bout the inconvenience
Cigogne Monitor, an experimental close air support variant of the successful 54 series of STOL military observation/light transport aircraft by the French Fictional 1950's "Compagnie Nationale de Construction à Acronyme Completement Generique'. This 'Battlefield Monitor' deleted the third seat from the STOL air taxi in favor of an offensive payload of bombs and rockets and a novel automatic gun turret aimed from the rear seat by means of an optical periscope system. All this while still retaining the STOL capabilities of the original. The plane has a working cockpit with lots of instruments. A turret aimed by sight and a secondary belly camera that helps with aiming bombs of sticking a carrier landing. It has working doors and probably a lot of smaller extras too that I can't remember right now.
(Thanks to @RoastHam9146 for the tutorial on how to build a camera-aimed gun turret. )
