Also, I'm pretty sure I put main wings at semi-symmetric, but I guess I didn't?
Try making the main wings semi-symmetric, that fixed it for me.
Also, add some trim to the elevators, the A-10 has a CoT pretty high above the CoM, so it likes to pitch downwards at lower speeds. Mine had the same issue.
And make sure your CoM is in front of your rear landing gear.
