This is kinda an autogyro. It's like a helicopter, but it has two rotors and propellers for propulsion forward. But since the rotors are always powered while it's flying, it's not a real autogyro (an autogyro only powers the rotors before takeoff).
You can also use it like a helicopter.
It is useful for carrying weapons.
In my opinion, it's easier to fly than a helicopter, but harder than a plane.
It will tilt a bit forward by itself, though this is not a bad thing, as this propels it forward.
Also, the air inlets are built into the fuselage, to save space and make it look fancier.
