This is a neat upload, I rather enjoyed flying this around.
@PhilipTarpley I prefer to try to open a line of communication to resolve the issue initially. I generally try to reserve my hammer swinging arm as a last resort. New users seem to want to use the report function as a vote, or comment tool. It's strange.

@TheLatentImage I don't think you have any issues using the ban-hammer if needed, and spamming reports unnecessarily is certainly one of those cases.
