Asteroid Industries AS-36 Ventura II
The Asteroid Industries AS-36A Ventura is a two-engined turboprop maritime partol aircraft featuring a high gull wing, amphibious and STO capabilities, and an in air refueling probe in the nose. It was introduced in 1996 as a potential replacement for the Tupolev Tu-142. It was given the nickname of “Frigatebird” because of its shape and aggressive behaviors.
