This model respect the dimension from a manuscript of his test pilot Guido Jannello:
"Aircraft surface 17sq. meters - span 6 meters - weight 986kg - wing loading 55kg per sq. meter - speed 280km/h - duration 2 hours - engine 300hp 4E 28 - the smallest flying boat in the world and the fastest existing."
The S.21 was called the <idrobolide>, hydrometeor.
