fictionality ftw The Halebrand HVA-9 was a twin-engined medium bomber that also functioned as an attacker (comparable to an A-20 (yes i am mentioning a REAL PLANE!!!)). Only this one wasn’t. The 9D was a night fighter varient, which ditched the glazed nose and front turret, to save weight and aerodynamics. This design was created in 1952, to help fight the Valgrens that were swarming the country.
