Clearly I didn't put much time into the aircraft itself, this is just a proof of concept. AG 1 to release paratroopers, AG 2 to activate all of their parachutes. A piston is bound to fire guns after activating AG 1 to try to push out any stragglers. Accelerating while deploying the paratroopers helps them exit smoother. You might need to wiggle the plane A LITTLE BIT as well. Perhaps I'll make a proper aircraft with these one day. Tips to improve the deployment of the troops (which is currently really shoddy) are much appreciated.

I got them out effectively by first pressing 1 then put slow motion on and activate 2. That way the speed of the paratroopers will drop drasticaly allowing them to get out sometimes without exploding.... sometimes

@jamesPLANESii Yes! Unfortunately I still have no clue how to fix its tendency to explode. It's probably because the paratroopers can't jump out like they could if they were able to actually move instead of just being pushed out by a detacher.
