Philippine Air Force FA-50PH Golden Eagle

The KAI T-50 Golden Eagle (Korean: ????) is a family of South Korean supersonic advanced jet trainers and light combat aircraft, developed by Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) with Lockheed Martin. It is South Korea's first indigenous supersonic aircraft and one of the world's few supersonic trainers.

The Philippine Air Force (PAF) chose 12 TA-50s to fulfill its requirement for a light attack and lead-in fighter trainer aircraft. The Department of National Defense (DND) announced the selection of the type in August 2012. Funding for 12 aircraft was approved by Congress in September 2012.

In January 2013, state media reported that the FA-50 variant, not the TA-50 as previously reported, was selected for procurement. In October 2013, President Benigno Aquino III said that the DND was close to finalizing the FA-50 deal. On 19 October 2013, President Aquino and President Park Geun-hye of South Korea signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with provisions for acquisitions.[100] On 13 February 2014, President Aquino approved the payment scheme and budget of P18.9 billion ($415.7 million) for 12 lead-in fighter trainers. On 28 March 2014, the DND signed a contract for 12 FA-50s worth P18.9 billion (US$421.12 million).

Author's notes

I started making this thing from KH2B's FA-50PH as a base 8 months ago, and was supposedly finished within the same time span.

But a certain life event happend, had a gf, got heartbroken, healed, then back to simpleplanes because why not.

I could have named the livery wrong. And I had a hard time replicating it's colors since I really don't know what they call that livery scheme. I just took inspiration from ReinMCDeer's F-15C Eagle

Credits to KH2B's FA-50PH as the base

Feel free to modify it however you want, I would like to see it hehehe. Anyways thanks for upvoting. And btw, if you notice it has ReinMCDeer style, that's because I based it on his builds. I got inspired from him and OkaNieba too

As for my project of making Philippine MRF's(both fictional and replicas), I'll try to make the F-16 next. As for the JAS-39E, I can't find blueprints for that jet unfortunately

    Fun fact:

I was in elementary when the FA-50 deal happend. I am now in senior high.

I really hope the Department of Defense and the Armed Forces of the Philippines really do their job and finally sign the JAS-39 and F-16 Deal
