Jet glider/rock crawler
This isn’t meant for flying per say, the jet engines are only supposed to be used to extend jumps. DEVELOPED AT PROVING GROUNDS Use VTOL to control jet throttle (jets only turn on after 50% throttle with vtol, no activation group) but it can still go pretty far. Very fuel efficient. Has 2 turbine engines and 6 piston engines (600hp per wheel) needs to be landed between 125-140 mph and very softly like a real plane. Very VERY satisfying when done correctly. Trust me because i spent all day perfecting the flight and ground handling. didn’t put much time into how it looks only because i spent a ridiculous amount of time on chassis tuning and strength. For the most part, the frame is extremely rigid and helps the car handle very VERY well for its weight and size. The front suspension is independent and has 2 control arms per wheel as well as a very complex steering system that i spent days de-bugging. Middle suspension is also independant with double control arms and is very strong. The rear suspension is a type of solid axle that can take most hard landings within reason. If you pitch too far back while airborne, it will start doing backflips and become uncontrollable. It is very heavy at over 20k pounds with 6 motors and a crap load of fuel. Lmk what you guys think as this is my first build with fully mechanical suspension and steering.
