The Jaguars started off normal, but most were modified to compete with the F-86H Sabreswarm. It did prove effective, but very unstable, capable of doing evasive snap-rolls in 1v1s.
Also, the Jaguar is responsible for The Great Baguette War of 1972. Don't ask.
