Then id think you should use the PC versions of those mods and move them into the in-game mod folder in the file editor. I primarily use my android but I also use my laptop

Well, what phone do you have then? I can download mods and move them very easily on my S6 with the basic file editor/MyFiles and if I know what model of phone you use, I may be able to help

The only thing I could say for you to get better is to look at other peoples creations and try to reverse engineer how it was put together. Otherwise, figure out your own methods of building; See what works for you. I would highly encourage you to get some mods like Overload and FineTuner and especially the X-Ray mod if you can as it will make moving parts small or large distances easier with FineTuner and Overload will allow you to create things which would otherwise be impossible due to the games settings. X-Ray will make it much easier to visualize how far you moved a part into or out of a creation
