I believe this is the lowest part count physically possible... No XML editing present, and the AI should be able to control it, so it also serves as a great missile target that couses little to no lag!
The only thing I think could be done to lower the part count would be somehow removing the rudder, but then it becomes extremely unstable, so some god-level XML trickery would be required
