Once your met with the interface that says the aircraft has missing parts, click out of it.
Press the Undo Button, and then press the Redo Button.
If done correctly, the aircraft should appear in the designer, just without any mod parts. Hope this helps!

• When it was first posted, it was completely revolutionary, as it had an unfathomable amount of detail compared to most, if not every other aircraft before it, such as;
- 3D wing structure
- detailed cockpit
- surprisingly accurate details and design, in comparison to the actual P-51D-30.
- custom landing gear
- lots of other features that are common today, but rarely ever seen back when this was posted
