Open dev tool w/ "`" key in-game. Type "Connect 157.7.205.136" without quotes. But as far as i know, it might say "failed to connect" because multiplayer might be down. If it says "joining channel 0" you are good to go.
If you are joining through the designer, press the MP button. Type in your username and server ip (157.7.205.136) and press "connect". If it says "joining channel 0" you are good to go
