Well you must be confused, because I have the latest update and this part is not there, plus I got this off of someone's plane it's for people that play on iOS so they can get this part.
Well for now this is not supposed to fly, i just made it because I was experementing on how to make flapping wings, later I will try to make it fly@ThePlaneMechanic
