The country of Chechnya has placed their southern provinces under martial law due to the fact that the southern provinces are breeding grounds for coups and terrorist groups.
Their leader, Zinokchiy Ruyovalov, had to make the decision to ensure that the Islamic Republic of Chechnya will not fall, the president will talk about this in the First UPNW Summit in August 29, 2089 at the Warsaw HQ.
After this decision, many coups arose in the southern provinces of Chechnya, they wanted Chechnya to be like Awwam, but the government are against it because they wanted to make peace, and not expand aggresively not because they have a medium-sized army and a capable GDP, but because they wanted other countries to be allies with Chechnya.
