Given my more senior opinion.....when you get up there in points people expect more and more. When you make something that isn't up to "standards" people will call you out and most of the time they aren't nice I've had this happen to me a couple times (thankfully) but it's a lot to manage because you spend a lot of hours and only get hate messages spammed on your plane. It really hurts and that's when people quit because many just can't take on the responsibility they get overwhelmed......but that's my opinion
The devs don't forget about people they are doing they're best..they did all they can do its Amazons problem now don't rant about how bad the devs r when it's not even their fault..
