I've noticed that if I put some awesome color schemes I get upvotes or if I make patterns with xml modded fuselages I'll get some upvotes I think the big thing is originality do something no one else has ever done before look at my gyroscope effect for example I've never seen anyone do anything like that and I got 14 upvotes!!!!

From what I understood if their is no point of were the law can be seen it is mote like the no smoking thing or the no guns allowed like a say grocery store the company policy is no guns allowed on grounds but there is no ign stating that law to anyone entering the store so the time the company brings suite to the person the judge can declare the trial dismissed because of the no sign policy..... That was my point I was trying to get across...als the person who got the copy shouldn't be punished he could've had no knowledge of it being pirated the distributors of the pirated versions should be punished @MediocrePlanes

Ok first I just want to say something to EVERYONE I wasn't fighting I was merely trying to look at it from a legal aspect not the right or wrong part it's wrong but it's not "stealing" the ones who gave him the copy of the game are the ones stealing. Remember that disagreement me and planesofold had this was my temperament we weren't fighting we were merely trying to put a point out into the open we disagreed on it so we stated our reasoning there was no fighting the only one on this thread who was fighting was glaceon he wasn't realizing the actual argument and that was my only greivencce also it not jus Canadian laws many states have that law ;)
Take it like trespassing if your property isn't marked you cant be held accountable because it's the property managers fault for not marking his land@General360
