Yea, when I went in June, I didn't see any propaganda anywhere, even in the schools (my aunt's a teacher) I didn't hear anything related to propaganda. I only saw 1 thing and that was because the school was made 25 years ago.(I went to the school for a week, (Chinese schools are hard they have longer summer breaks, school days, and a lot of homework) for a week)
