:( :( well if I happen to find a solution in my quest, I will be happy to share it with you lol. At least I feel better knowing that other top builders struggle with this as well (not that I consider myself a top builder, but you know what I mean)
@tylerdeveneuxmusic
All that extremum stuff? Yeah I’ve never touched that since I’ve absolutely no idea what it means lol. But thanks for the tip, I will definitely play around with it!
@jamesPLANESii
Yeah, when completely stopped. It starts turning in place very slowly all by itself, even on totally flat ground. I believe it only happens to heavily XML modded builds. @vcharng
Yeah me too lol. I was working on the starling to make it a better STOL plane (btw did that competition already happen?), and I realized it was doing this drifting. I keep a save file for every step when I’m building and modding. So I had like 30 save files from the original plane till now. I looked through all of them to figure out when it started (cause I apparently didn’t notice the change even though it happened a long time ago). Once I found the save file where it first started, I spent like two hours trying to figure out the difference between the two (it was from like 6 months ago lol) and I couldn’t figure it out :( @Chancey21
Actually no, I’m talking about when the plane is stopped on the runway, and then it starts to kinda move around slowly, even with the brake on usually. I think it only happens to heavily XML modded builds. But thank you so much for the help! @Mysweetbologna
Yeah, I’ve used that technique before, but the thing is, I’m building an ultralight and I’m trying to get all the values as close to real as possible. So the horsepower can’t be higher than 40hp, and fuel capacity can’t be higher than 5 gallons. So I was hoping there was a different method...
:/
Anyway, thank you for your help! :)
@randomusername
Cool build man! Although I have to recommend that you move the CoM farther in front of the CoL, as the plane is barely flyable as it is. I tried tweaking it a little here. It’s not perfect, but maybe give it a try and see what you think.
No you don’t need to remove it, but you should add something in the description that someone else built it. You could say, “I think this cockpit may have been built by @sarpanitu but can’t confirm”.
I’m about 90% sure this was built by him (although it looks modded), but since he appears to have deleted his account, we may never know. Sweet build btw, good job!
@MDippold1995
Hmmm, ok. How long did you fly it? Also, did you do a lot of aggressive turning? Thanks for your help! :)
@NicePlanes
Lol stupid codsworth
+2Lol
Mmm, okay. My build is less than 1,100lb lol so I must’ve knackered something real bad...
+1@marcox43

Lol for sure @jamesPLANESii
Great work as always sir!

Ok I’ll try that, thanks :) although I think it’s already at like 300 or 400% lol...

Nice build! Although with the more complicated AG controls, it would be good to add a description.
Lol cool! @ForeverPie
At the bottom of your description it says, “RIP my reputation lol please don’t upvote”
@ForeverPie
Alright! Another one for my collection lol.
Umm, why no upvote?

Gotcha @Gameboi14
Ummm, I haven’t yet. Is it functionally different than the previous builds? @Gameboi14

Awesome build, very satisfying flight. I love it, great work man!
+1Interesting... @Gameboi14
Very cool! I especially love the retractable dish. Awesome work man

Sometimes it’s like I can’t even read. @Theantsaretakingover
Oh yeah, word! You did a great job on it. I have two tiny suggestions, if you’re interested @Theantsaretakingover

@MAHADI
Thanks man, what a nice compliment! But to be fair, this is mostly @MrSilverWolf ‘s creation. @AWESOMENESS360
Here try THIS ONE :p
@JetEngine2709
No not at all. Unless by “overboard” you mean “next level” lol. @MrSilverWolf
