Ah, ok gotcha. Well my plane flew fine until I scaled it down, and I did mess with drag and mass scale a bunch, so I think I flubbed it up somewhere along the way... @randomusername
Are you referring to a specific build of mine? Or are you saying that the issue I described is a symptom of the horizontal and vertical stabilizers?@randomusername
Will that affect the roll rate acceleration problem or just the “explode cause it’s spinning too fast” problem? Also... I don’t think I have the skill/knowledge to do that fix haha. But I’ll keep it in mind. Thank you for your help :) @DerekSP
Okay, thanks for the info. Are you saying I shouldn’t scale the wings down so much? Or at least wait til the rest of the build is finished? Thanks for the help! @MrSilverWolf
Thank you! :) if @MrSilverWolf thinks it’s okay then it must be okay haha. I just need to finish up the detail work and get it to go about 50mph faster... oh hey, maybe you know: when I tried to scale the whole plane down a bit using Fine Tuner, the controls became way too aggressive. Do you know why, or if I’m doing something wrong?
Yeah, but I’m not quite comfortable with calling my planes replicas so when it’s finished I’ll call it something that makes it clear it’s the GeeBee R but give me some wiggle room since it’s not quite right haha. BTW thanks for the upvote and spotlight! :) @WarHawk95
I hadn’t considered that. Mostly I was embarrassed I had left such a glaring mistake. Is that how I’m coming off? Maybe I should take this down...(?) but thank you for the upvoe haha :/ @randomusername
Oh hahaha. The reply system isn’t quite perfect is it? Hah. Okay, I’m pretty spent at the moment in regards to this project. But when I cool off, I think it would be a good idea to make a lower part count version for all of us mobile users hahah. @JelloAircraftCorporation
I meant if you wanted to try a slightly lower part count, I could refinish that older save file for you with a bit fewer parts and no interior. @JelloAircraftCorporation
I did! Haha. Although I still ended up running up the part count too high, so it’s not as detailed as I’d hoped. But still fun to fly! :) @JelloAircraftCorporation
The problem was that I had been using an xml modded cockpit part at X position zero and it was doubling and doubling when I mirrored. Rookie mistake!!! Thanks though, I thought it was high but I didn’t understand how high until I found the problem @Caveman999
Ok, so; I wanted to take this radial engine sub-assembly about 50% bigger. I used the multi-select/edit, and scaled them up. All the individual fuselage blocks got bigger, but didn’t keep their relative positions with each other, so the engine subassembly just became a mess of thicker fuselage blocks and the engine was ruined. Is there any way to avoid/change that? @RailfanEthan @DuckMintnewprofile @Minecraftpoweer
Ok, thank you. I don’t think I know how to select multiple parts at once, but now I know it’s possible! Hahah. I’m sure I can figure it out. @RailfanEthan
That makes sense. Although the reason I want a touchscreen is that I like the on screen controls better than mouse and keyboard. I’m sure a joystick is best but I’d like to stay mobile...@robloxweponco
I figured it out! Haha. Thanks for the instructions. I like this plane! And I like the history you wrote along with it. I never thought to do that haha. Makes it feel like more than just a 3D model in a simple game.
Maybe you should install Sarpanitu’s mk.III historical cockpit on this plane ;)
Wow yeah I totally missed that. Thanks for the tip! Let’s see if I can figure out how to fix it hahahah. @BogdanX
Aren’t they cute?? @LiamW
Thank you :) I meant for it to be a good flyer for beginners so I guess I did a good job haha! @Franklinclinton
Thank you :) @Roswell
Thank you! :D @TMach5
Jeez wow okay thanks guys! Derp. @ThePilotDude @TheMutePaper
Thank you! :D @flyingsteve88
Ah, ok gotcha. Well my plane flew fine until I scaled it down, and I did mess with drag and mass scale a bunch, so I think I flubbed it up somewhere along the way... @randomusername
Wow thanks for taking the time to type all that out! That is extremely helpful to me! @Chancey21
@Chancey21 early access to WIP? I’m sorry I don’t know that that is.
Sweet! @Chancey21
Consider that bread buttered buddy! @Delosofy
It most certainly is! Well, the real one haha. @ForeverPie
Okay that’s a good idea thanks. @MrSilverWolf
Are you referring to a specific build of mine? Or are you saying that the issue I described is a symptom of the horizontal and vertical stabilizers?@randomusername
Also, can you tell me approx. the time count where my build is? I’m sorry but I just don’t have time to watch the whole thing. @Delosofy
Will that affect the roll rate acceleration problem or just the “explode cause it’s spinning too fast” problem? Also... I don’t think I have the skill/knowledge to do that fix haha. But I’ll keep it in mind. Thank you for your help :) @DerekSP

Wow, thank you! Although it’s too bad you’re not using the finished one.... (Jujubee[finished]). Still, what an honor! :) @Delosofy
Thank you so much! :) :) @CrazyCatZe
Thanks! Although the cockpit isn’t finished yet. But I want to get flight characteristics right first. :) @TearJerker
Thank you! :) if @MrSilverWolf thinks it’s okay then it must be okay haha. @RodWan Will that affect my points/upvotes? (I know that’s kind of shallow of me, but still...)
I hadn’t considered that. Mostly I was embarrassed I had left such a glaring mistake. Is that how I’m coming off? Maybe I should take this down...(?) but thank you for the upvoe haha :/ @randomusername
Haha yeah I certainly can’t keep this pace up for long. @JelloAircraftCorporation

I have a version before I started the cockpit that has a bit fewer parts... @JelloAircraftCorporation
Mr. Hughes’s*@JelloAircraftCorporation
Yes! That’s why it’s the Howard! Me. Hughes’s chick magnet whip! (Flying whip)
:) @JelloAircraftCorporation
I did! Haha. Although I still ended up running up the part count too high, so it’s not as detailed as I’d hoped. But still fun to fly! :) @JelloAircraftCorporation
Yes!!! Thank you :) @DuckMintnewprofile
Ahhhh. Ok. I didn’t understand what you said the first time. Awesome, thank you!!! @Minecraftpoweer

I found the problem! Back on track!!!
I think I may have figured out where the problem is so I’m not giving up just yet!!!
Ok I’ll check that out, thank you! @RailfanEthan
Awesome, thank you! Although I’ve hit a snag with my build, part-count... :( @DuckMintnewprofile
Ok, thank you. I don’t think I know how to select multiple parts at once, but now I know it’s possible! Hahah. I’m sure I can figure it out. @RailfanEthan
Also: if so; how do I do it? Haha
That makes sense. Although the reason I want a touchscreen is that I like the on screen controls better than mouse and keyboard. I’m sure a joystick is best but I’d like to stay mobile...@robloxweponco
Thanks! I hope you have fun with it! @OwenFPV
Yeah, I know :/ I figured it would be easier to fly that way for more people. @jamesPLANESii
Nice! Yeah Sarpanitu’s mk.III uses the historical cockpit and looks really classy interior. Easy to install too. He’s an incredible builder! @JelloAircraftCorporation
I figured it out! Haha. Thanks for the instructions. I like this plane! And I like the history you wrote along with it. I never thought to do that haha. Makes it feel like more than just a 3D model in a simple game.

Haha :) I’ll keep a lookout for your builds and maybe I can return the favor! (Once I figure out how to spotlight builds...) @JelloAircraftCorporation
Great, that is really helpful, thanks! It’ll probably take me a while to make those changes but I’m sure I’ll get better with practice. @jamesPLANESii
Do you have any thoughts on where I could improve? I can see you’re the man to ask. @jamesPLANESii
