This game(not the program) itself is an open source designer as players uploads their work legally onto the public website and all downloads are legal and free.
Also@MAHADI, there shouldn't be copyrights because you don't need to apply for a download or seek permission from the builder. This is part of anti-copyright, and the freedom of knowledge.
