I do agree with @UsualPioneer since after all, I also have friends who have "depression", when in reality they're just being dramatic. But there's a lot of cases where actual depression happens, it's just really silent, since most people with depression don't actually ask for help on social media, they self-isolate. If you ask me, you're right, it may be easy for others and some don't but the end, it's all in the matter of what you think is best to cope with it.
