As I recall this aircraft made the Taiwan regional government (Republic of China) the first regime in Asia to design and produce a Gen III fighter, but I don't understand why they chose two light engines instead of a single-engine medium engine like the JAS-39 or FC-17/JF-17.

@Sergio666 Have you tried changing the resistance of certain parts or changing the height of the engine? Maybe the fuselage or engine is causing too much downforce.

Maybe the site should add wind-powered, steam-powered, and human-powered Tags, it's hard to categorize these things with just chronological Tags.
