I messed around with it a bit, the center of mass was way back behind the plane, so I would suggest adding more weight in the front of the plane; and adding inlets so the engines have the power needed to carry this thing. You can also read the 'Ground School' tutorial to help understand the mass to wing ratio.
Here is a little tip: you should probably only put three landing gears in key places. You can also balance the plane so it flies and takes off easier by reading "Ground School" tutorial that is available to you in the tutorial section. I hope this helps in some way.
