@OscarLima so apart from the just the spelling mistakes, I’m not a fan of the name hahaha. When it comes to looks it feels a bit basic but seeing that you’re a new player it’s pretty decent. You’ll learn overtime to make things looks more realistic and still have them fly the way you want. It’s performance is pretty crazy, feels a little like those 3D RC aircraft I used to build and fly as a kid. If you were going for extreme unrealistic performance then you did a good job at it! It pitches up too much (even full downward trim doesn’t counter it) so a less powerful engine would help. The shape is pretty cool looking too. Overall its a nice build!
Pretty neat! It looks quite good compared to the diagram. It accelerates a bit quick but otherwise flies really well. I love the look of these planes. I used to see one everyday back at RAF Gibraltar. They have a very unique look to them
To change this really depends on how you’re building the aircraft. The techniques you are using will dictate how you fix it but a lot of it will be to do with engine power, wing area, CoM location in relevance to the CoL, control surface area (if you have any), and drag. If you can post the plane unlisted and tag me in the comments, I can advise you on what to do for your specific case :)
My god this is so damn cool! The sheer amount of detail is really impressive and everything is made very very well. One of my favourite builds I’ve seen in a long time
I love it! The shape is perfect, flight performance is excellent, functions very well, and it looks great! You did a superb job on this plane. Maybe a few extra details would make it look even better but overall this is just fantastic
Very good looking Eurofighter! Shape is almost perfect and I like the cockpit a lot. Roll rate is quite a bit slower than the real typhoon though and the cannon has a tendency to shoot off your starboard canard. Overall though you did an excellent job!
@JolyLoly if I’m not mistaken I believe those are Wikipedia stats. When you look at more academic sources like the book “Aircraft Performance: an Engineering Approach”, by Mohammad Sadraey, it shows that the top speed of TU-114 is 541kts. What Wikipedia shows is 870km/h which happens to be 541mph. My guess is they mistook knots for miles per hour so that’s where the confusion comes from.
My god this is truly phenomenal. It looks beautiful and flies incredibly well. All the details are out of this world and all the variants you made for just one post is awesome. Fantastic job!
This is absolutely beautiful! The princess was an incredible aircraft. In one pub I went to a few times that’s in a seaside town in the south of England had a gigantic model of one of these hanging from their ceiling. It was at least 1:32 scale. Lovely to see such a good replica of this plane on SP!
I saw your blackbird yesterday and I’m glad you gave it another go! This time you did really really well and it’s looks great. It’s always important to look at diagrams and photos from different angles before building a replica. Fantastic job!
Another tip in relation to engine power and drag is that it helps to recreate realistic acceleration. Instead of having one engine for takeoff and one for cruise and non reheat flight, you only need power with one. This way the acceleration is more consistent and realistic. Having another engine with zero power is useful to recreate realistic engine glow but acceleration rate jumps too much when it activates. This does not apply to reheat/afterburner engine though since that will dramatically increase acceleration. As you probably know, when drag is reduced, it increases planes maximum speed on the same engine power so when you play around with those two numbers, you can create a very realistic acceleration rate. I hope this is of use :)
Pretty neat! This has the general shape of the EF2000 but the proportions are rather distorted. Wings too big, fuselage too thin, canards too small, etc. The canards’ movement is also inverted
My goodness this looks wonderful! It’s a joy to fly and I like the cockpit addition. The loadout doesn’t seem to fit the A-6 and I don’t believe it had a gun but other than that I love it
This is a good start but there are some fundamental problems with it that I can already see. It’s quite narrow but this could probably be fixed with designer suite (just widening it a little could help). it also has a very very high part count for what it is. This exact outcome could probably be done with half the parts or maybe even a third. This leads to a problem which is that it feels like it has a lack of details. Adding all the small detail parts will be hard since the part count will probably double what it is now. I hope this doesn’t sound too harsh because I think this has potential to be a fantastic ship. Maybe these points can help you out a little :)
My goodness this is well built. Your attention to detail is remarkable and the ship overall looks superb. Handling is great and all those functions are fantastic too. Those more uncommon features such as the search lights and droppable life boats make this build even better. That map is a wonderful touch too. I hope to see this being featured on the SP front page! You have yourself a new follower!
For your third upload it’s pretty good I have to say. You added nice details and it flies alright. You should try and focus on getting the fuselage shape more correct. The wings too should be swept back more and placed a little more back on the fuselage
Ohhhhh I see the problem. The engine is a modded one. I changed the engine for a new one and it’s better now. It flies just fine on one engine with 2000HP and it’ll probably work with less too
Finally someone made it right! People have been adding these to their planes but making them wrong. They normally make the plane move but it’s the other way around. This looks and works great! I hope to see this on aircraft in the future
Wonderful boat! I’m glad someone made this because it’s a submarine which really deserves to be remembered. Oddly enough the reason she sunk was because a ship collided with the 12 inch gun and water rushed into the M1.
It looks great and the cockpit has great detail but it’s flight characteristics take all the realism out of it. It accelerates to 250mph in less than 5 seconds and is far too manoeuvrable. If these things were changed it would be almost perfect. Nonetheless, you still did a good job and it does look very good.
@Default4 @TatsuTheOtaku thanks guys!
+2Looks like someone needs SimpleRockets2 lol
+2Lol Nice! Next you have to do that 777 with the engine and fuselage switched

+2What a long way Jundroo has come! Fantastic work by the whole team
+2This is really neat!
+2This is truly an absolute masterpiece. It’s honestly a work of art

+2Pretty cool! It feels like it incorporates parts of the A-10 into a more traditional gen 4 fighter design. Nice work
+2When you’re flying around snowstone and suddenly see the ice base
+2I used to love those sort of games when I was a kid. Awesome work!
+2It looks really good! Really good decal. Thanks for doing this!

+2This is going to be one of those builds everyone always remembers. Wonderful work
+2Congrats on bronze!
+2My gosh it’s brilliant!
+2Lol this is sad. It even says that it was made from someone else’s build!
+2This is an awesome build! What fantastic work!
+2Rest in peace. She died bringing hope and joy to others. Even though it wasn’t combat, she’s still a hero in my mind
+2Damn these look good! I hope to see them on some ships soon
+2@jselbach that’s understandable. I hope you continue later though because I would love to see more of your work!

+2Unrealistic: MCAS doesn’t crash it
+2Now this I do like very much. Very well made, all the proportions are perfect!

+2@Alta2809 that sounds pretty neat! If you need help with them let me know but I have a feeling you can do it
+2This is really neat. It looks good and it’s actually possible to land on it
+2@Alta2809 You’re most welcome! I left my thoughts on two other builds of yours in the comments. You’re a talented builder and have a lot of potential.
+2Just to be clear, the plane can’t “accidentally” go off course and vanish right? (For legal reasons this is a joke)

+2It’s not the prettiest of flags but the detail you put in makes it a masterpiece. Phenomenal work

+2@shipster nevertheless it’s still always less impressive and those two links were not up for a while so it seemed like his own creation
