@craftrap01 the issue is the com is to far in front of your rear landing gear, and the distance between your elevators and col/com is not large enough to compensate for that
@BattleBulge maybe a bit to powerful I recommend staying below 50% throttle for a speed closer to what you where asking for. I edited it and uploaded it before i saw the notification about what speed you wanted lol
@Bmw1230 its a short take off (STOL) not a vertical take off (VTOL) its balanced such that it will try and fly forwards instead of spin out and stall if airspeed is low
Suggestion use the mirror aircraft tool on the menu (below where you save and and load aircraft) as well as use the show drag option to see witch parts are causing the most amount of drag
@weeBabbyseamus I havent actually run into any explosions save for a exploding wheel but ill try and keep the weight down just to be safe.
@WeeBabySeamus Now the question is do i make a body on top based on a real vehicle or make something like a rocket/ missile launcher... hmm
@flightcrafter14 I imagine not if its used to detach the weight. But its up to@Sirstupid to answer
@yoda67 look at the com and col the col needs to be behind the com for easier control
Very cool idea
@craftrap01 here ya go
@craftrap01 I have a version that works better if you want i can upload it
@craftrap01 the issue is the com is to far in front of your rear landing gear, and the distance between your elevators and col/com is not large enough to compensate for that
@BattleBulge On take off you need to slowly take the throttle up to 20-30%
@craftrap01 what exactly is the issue you want solved?
@BattleBulge np, anytime
@BattleBulge maybe a bit to powerful I recommend staying below 50% throttle for a speed closer to what you where asking for. I edited it and uploaded it before i saw the notification about what speed you wanted lol
Im for the USA
@BattleBulge well i just uploaded one that will go over 600mph for ya
@BattleBulge how fast do you want it?
I suggest limiting the rotation angle for the yaw and roll motors as they tend to put the blades into the supports and break
That's alot of roll lol
@Lego787 here is a slightly faster version
Cool little plane, Would love to see this and some of your previous designs redone with higher detail and using the new items! :D
Nice little plane
Very nice plane, I like the connected rudder to wingtip idea, I would recommend adding more detail in future builds :D
This is really cool its giving me some ideas
What about custom made wheels that use the gizmo wheels?
@SpiritusRaptor so why do you have a gear at the top providing power to the big wheel when you could power the big wheel directly?
@Bmw1230 yeah I have an improved version that I haven't uploaded yet, it has improved pitch and roll control
I have heard of an aircraft very similar to this in rl, and its almost as cool as this plane you have made
