I've gotten it to fly just takes balance. You have to shift VTOL down gradually to get it off the ground. I know it's goofy and the balance isn't great but it's from a kids movie. It DOES fly I promise. If you leave the jets pointing straight back it wobbles if they are pointed slightly upward (VTOL down) you can get it to lift off and fly. You just have to play around and find the sweet spot. I know it's not mathematically correct but again, it's from a movie lol

  • LukedaDuke's Thrust Vectoring Experiment continued 8.9 years ago

The addition of bigger motors helped a lot. I flew the one with small ones and your adaptation made it a whole lot easier to maneuver. @Meawk

  • Christmas Tree Transport (Christmas Challenge) 9.0 years ago

You should totally add an ejector to the tree, everyone knows some people don't secure the tree down tight enough lol

  • Rotor Craft 9.0 years ago

That's what I thought too. I flipped the VTOL all the way down and it flies backwards. Not great but it'll fly lol

  • Christmas challenge 9.0 years ago

Seems like it. I built his sleigh and it's super slow

  • Vought V-173 9.1 years ago

Haha I was looking at weird aircraft to build and this one kind of took the cake. The other one I'm looking at making is the XF-85 Goblin.

  • SPACE!!!! 9.1 years ago

That would be cool. My U-2 goes to the 70k mark so it would be sweet to fly it in realistic conditions!

  • SU-25 Frogfoot 9.1 years ago

@BigCat thanks man! I deleted the second post. First time I tried it said it failed so it must have accidentally loaded twice

  • SU-25 Frogfoot 9.1 years ago

It was @MaxTeoZ who made the bombs. Had to go back and look at my downloads haha

  • SU-25 Frogfoot 9.1 years ago

I made the furthest out. I downloaded the inside three a long time ago and can't remember who's bombs they are. It was called "general purpose bombs" and it had a ton of them on there.
