I wouldn't have had a problem with a disqualification either.
400 is not really much for a detailed creation, i already tried to use a very small amount of parts.😅
You should consider to be a bit friendlier to the other users.

As far as i know you will get the chance to research it during upcoming events but this solution is still extremely lazy.
The whole "we can't balance it properly" argument is just stupid in my opinion.
Stretch the BR range to 12 or 14 and we will get much better MM.

About the chinese TT: It's just a import from the Chinese WT Client.
I've heard that the Chinese client is shutting down so it makes sense from a company standpoint to adopt the tree to get all those customer to the main game. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Let's hope that the next tree will be something more exciting, sweden for example
