@EternalDarkness I don't think so. Adding tags is tedious, and no one's going to go back and tag all their earlier builds. The Google search gives you way more results in one go, and works with untagged builds. But to each his own.
There's a much better way to search the site without using tags. Just go to Google Images, and type site:simpleplanes.com soviet fighter or whatever search terms you want. As long as the description or comments for a build contain those terms, the build will show up.
@Spectre2520 Yeah. The bigger the vertical stabilizers, the more stable the plane will be about the yaw/roll axes. Just as the bigger the wings, the more stable the plane will be around the pitch/roll axes.
@Spectre2520 Are you scaling it? You need to scale it so it's effectively tall enough to stabilize the plane, but visually small enough to fit inside the build.
Methinks the @Chancey21 doth pun too much. What's in a name? That which we call a Brute, by any other name would look as mean. There are more features in this build and others, Chancey-o, than are dreamed of in your philosophy.
@Spectre2520 What? No. Subassemblies would make it too easy, and are for software-abusing cheaters. I do all the work in XML, using nothing but a text editor, a pencil and paper.
@Spectre2520 I only use the "not a replica" disclaimer to head off some replica nazi before they go "HA, you got X completely wrong!"
As to how long it took me, answering that truthfully has never gotten me anything but jealousy and hatred, so I'll try another approach: I calculated every number with paper and pencil, then typed it in manually for every single part. In between parts I hit my hand with a hammer just to make it harder. In all, it took me three weeks. True story :)
@Spectre2520 You could just as easily ask why I didn't put Interceptors on this instead of Cleavers, or bombs, or Guardians, etc. I prefer to just use guns, so that's what I put on most of my airplanes. If you want, you can easily add whatever weapons you like to most of my builds. It's a building game, after all.
@Stingray True, XML editing is to programming as boiling eggs is to cordon bleu cooking. But yeah, I can recommend getting a Windows machine if you want to enjoy the full SP experience.
@Stingray Well, they might, it's not a big deal. Setting the speed (and turn rate, and lock-on angle, etc.) of a missile is done by simply changing a number in the XML, so you could set it to a million mph if you wanted.
@BaconRoll "The aircraft's offensive capabilities were sarcastically referred to as a 'Triple Threat' — it could bomb you, strafe you, or fall on you."
@FalconGT12 A plasma is actually very hot ionized gas; it has mass and therefore recoil.
Vielen danke, @Smach3. Most of my builds have very similar performance.
@FlamingEngineer There's a full explanation here.

@GhostHTX Of course. One of the better-handling helis I've tried on SP.
+1@GhostHTX Sure, it's a good build.
+1@AWESOMENESS360 Thanks. I'm glad someone finally noticed them :)
@BaconRoll Man, that character was annoying.
Thanks, @CRJ900Pilot
@drgunblood Nope, it's an original creation.

@AdlerSteiner I suppose if you pronounce 'Brutus' broo-toos it does...
@Tessemi "Everybody likes a kidder, but no one lends him money."
@The3Box6With0AXOnIt Living tissue over a metal endoskeleton. A cybernetic organism.
@Tessemi It's nice, but not a dorito.
Thanks, @Spectre2520
@EternalDarkness congratulations on making mod, I know you'll be a good one.
+2@Sarpanitu I dunno, I prefer simple rectangular boxes for appliances. Best use of space, easy to stack, etc.
@Chancey21 @CRJ900Pilot thanks. @vladbot yeah, it's something like that, glad you like it.
Thanks, @Phoevix
Thanks, @GhostHTX
@TurboFuture Nice.
@TurboFuture I'm pretty sure you can't do that. Different CPUs need different sockets/chipsets/motherboards.
Thanks, @Delosofy
@TurboFuture Thanks. You can see the system requirements here. They say a Core 2 Duo is the minimum, so a Celeron probably won't cut it.

@BaconRoll I'm all about capturing curves.
Thanks, @Texasfam04. I'm all about them curves :)
+1@AWESOMENESS360 Yeah, but getting those curves right was tricky.
Thanks, @LiamW, glad you think so.
Thanks, @Roswell
@DeathStalker627 More a metallic grey, but yeah, it's my favourite finish, thanks.
Thanks, @CRJ900Pilot @Chancey21
Thanks, @F1sh
@grizzlitn Pas de quoi :)
De rien, @grizzlitn

@Al3jandro6304 Background mod is Skybox pack, and the graphics mod is my own shader pack, linked on my profile.
@Spectre2520 I just decided it was unnecessary.
Thanks, @Countache27 @PorkyClown3
Thanks, @Stingray @RailfanEthan @Kerbango
