@PhilipTarpley I sent a bug report. When I opened "Build and Fly" the plane on the platform looked like a bloated corpse. All the parts had expanded to the max. When opening a 2nd plane, the 1st remained.
I forced quit SP, killed all mods (ie Overload) , removed editor.xml, and opened a plane built in 1.7 and it opened fine. When opening a plane built under 1.8+ same error occurred. It was pretty scary.
@Zott FYI, the Red Tails were the colors of the Tuskegee Airmen, the all-black American fighter escorts that defended U.S. Bombers from enemy air attacks. HBO made a movie about them 20 about years ago, it was excellent.
It takes-off and flies really well. The gauges are clean and the smoke trail is a nice touch. My only problem ocurred during landing, the brake torque was too high causing a flip into the propeller. Other than that, it's a perfect biplane.
Thanks @Strikefighter04! One of the problems with low scale is limited detailing. Things like decals, lettering and stuff like that is very difficult at smaller scales. The biggest problem, however, are pieces under 0.25 that are near the centerline. A lot of times when mirroring these parts get duplicated over and over again. So you could have a plane with say 200 parts, mirror it A few times, and boom, now the plane is 1200 little parts occupying the same position. I don’t know why the program does that.
CHALLENGE UPDATE: DEADLINE ANNOUNCEMENT
Great Thanks to all who have posted Challengers so far!
A lot of great planes have been submitted and the time has come to set a deadline. If you have a work in progress, please post your entry by Friday, Feb. 2, 2018.

We all started out new on SP and we all "sucked" when we did. Nothing Great comes from lowering standards and I would not be doing you any favors if I did so now. Great things happen by pushing yourself to learn new skills and take risks. Take a look at the latest entry to this challenge Poli N07J by @scemopazzo. He began his SP journey just 5 days ago and still produced a worthy aircraft for this challenge. @scemopazzo didn't sell himself short and neither should you! This challenge doesn't have a deadline yet precisely so folks don't feel pressured to rush. Take advantage of that and build us something AWESOME! Get busy.
@Yeeturmom I will get to it eventually but it might be a while. You are more than welcome to attach Drouges to a copy of the A6 and post it as your own. I don't mind. ;-)
Thanks!

@Thelegitpilot13 is correct. The supports and rotors are shrunk to 0.005% using Fine Tuner. @Diloph @Armyguy1534

+2@Texasfam04 Thanks for the vote of confidence, but you know darn well "Slate Fate" is the toughest plane in this competition. ;-)
+2With some modification, this would be a perfect addition to my MOAB Challenge !
Not that you need it, but I also have Starter Kit for anyone not used to large builds on SP.
You've got skills! I hope you consider joining the Challenge. :-)
+2@DepressedTortoise don’t forget to build more planes. If you end up winning, I won’t have enough planes of yours to upvote;-)
+2Nice! I've enjoyed watching your planes evolve over the years.
